What is FF&E sourcing?
FF&E stands for furniture, fixtures and equipment, often extended to finishes. FF&E sourcing is the work of finding, sampling and buying every loose and fixed item in an interior so it meets the design, the budget and the programme.
Do you only source, or also supply and install?
All three. Sourcing is one of four connected stages at Tex & Turnkey, alongside design, supply and execution, so one team stays accountable from specification to handover.
Can you work to another designer's specification?
Yes. We work from the architect's or interior designer's drawings and FF&E schedule, and propose alternatives only where cost, lead time or performance calls for it.
